Description
The Canon EOS 1000F N is a 35mm autofocus SLR camera released in the 1990s as an upgraded version of the original EOS 1000F. Known for its user-friendly design and reliable autofocus system, this camera was sold in the US as the Canon EOS Rebel S II and was also available in different versions with a data backplate (EOS 1000F N QD) or even a panorama mode (EOS 1000S QD-P).
This model features the Canon EF mount, making it compatible with a wide range of Canon EF lenses. Autofocus ensures quick and precise focusing, while the built-in light meter supports films from ISO 6 to ISO 6400, automatically recognizing the DX-coded speed of the film.
The exposure system allows photographers to shoot in fully automatic mode, aperture priority (Av), shutter priority (Tv), or full manual mode. The shutter speed ranges from 1/2000 sec to 30 sec, with an additional Bulb mode for long exposures.
