Once again we’re stepping inside one of Bucharest’s most mysterious places, a hidden corner frozen in time. Imagine creaky wooden floors, faded wallpaper, antique furniture, and rooms filled with strange and beautiful objects. At the heart of it all stands a century-old laboratory that feels like a movie set lost to history.

This weekend, we gathered for the third Fototeka x Reptilianul photowalk, once again stepping into one of Bucharest’s hidden, abandoned corners. Even though the location was familiar, every visit reveals something different — new textures, forgotten objects, fresh angles, and of course, new people joining the adventure.

We launched into spring with the second Fototeka x Reptilianul photowalk, taking over a forgotten landmark in the heart of Bucharest—a former Catholic girls’ school with decades of stories carved into its walls. The empty halls were lined with bare shelves, each room anchored by a different ceramic stove.
