Description
The Porst Reflex C-TL is a classic 35mm SLR camera produced by Cosina for the German retailer Porst. Based on the Cosina Hi-Lite HDL, it reflects the straightforward and practical design of many Japanese SLR cameras from the period.
The camera uses the widely available M42 screw mount, making it compatible with a large range of vintage lenses from manufacturers such as Pentax, Carl Zeiss Jena, Praktica and many others. It features stop-down TTL exposure metering, activated using the switch positioned beside the lens mount.
Its mechanically controlled shutter offers speeds from 1 second to 1/1000 second, together with Bulb mode and flash synchronization at 1/125 second. The camera is also equipped with a hot shoe and a mechanical self-timer, providing all the essential controls needed for manual film photography.
This set includes a Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 135mm f/3.5 lens. Its telephoto focal length is especially suitable for portraits, architectural details, landscapes and subjects photographed from a distance.
