We gathered again, as we often do, drawn by that familiar urge to explore — cameras loaded, hearts light and eyes set on the skyline. This time, the journey took us upward, across three rooftops in the heart of Bucharest: from the quiet charm of Icoanei neighbourhood, through the electric pulse of Magheru Boulevard and up above the bustle of Romană Square.
As the sun slowly dipped lower, buildings cast long silhouettes over the streets and we found ourselves in that perfect in-between light. It’s the kind of moment that makes you pause before hitting the shutter — when you’re not just taking a photo, you’re catching your breath with the city. We laughed, traded stories, swapped lenses. From up there, the chaos of the streets felt far away, softened by the quiet hum of shared curiosity.
Skyline Photowalk #04 brought us high above the city — over rooftops you rarely get to see, above the 18th floor where the wind feels sharper and the streets start to blur into patterns. It was about pausing to notice the geometry of buildings, the soft glow on old facades, and the quiet connections formed between people who see the world through glass and grain. These frames capture a bit of that feeling, from a golden afternoon spent above Bucharest.
We’re already looking forward to seeing what comes out of everyone’s rolls and to planning the next walk above (or maybe through) Bucharest.
